Q: How does it work?

A: You select whether you are interested in a monthly or annual membership. After you register, you will be given login information to access our cage rental scheduling. Within the schedule, you can reserve your desired time slot.

Q: How will I have access to the cage?

A: Once you complete your membership information, you will receive information to our scheduling system and information how to access T1. When you want to come in, you simply go into the schedule, block off the time you desire, and come! Ultimate flexibility.

Q: What equipment will cage rentals include?

A: Mound, Home Plate, Batting T, Bucket of Baseballs, L Screen and Sock Net.

Q: How many athletes can utilize the space with the membership?

A: Each membership is access for 1 athlete.

Q: How many athletes can utilize a cage at a time?

A: That is up to the athlete. If they wish to practice solo, they may. If they wish to pitch/hit with a friend or two, they may do so only as long as the other athletes have an active T1 cage rental membership.

Q: For the monthly membership, how will I be billed?

A: When you register, you will opt-in to automatic monthly billing.

Q: For the monthly membership, how can I cancel?

A: You may cancel at any time. Once you’ve paid for the month, you have access for the entire month. To cancel membership before the next month, ensure you cancel you subscription before the 30th of the month.

Q: Are payment plans available for the annual membership?

A: At this time, there are not payment plans available. The annual membership is a one-time payment due upon registration.

Q: If I want to join mid-month, Are there pro-rated payments?

A: No pro-rated payments. If an athlete wants to join mid-month, they can join and pay the full rate or wait until the 1st of the following month.
