About Tier 1 Strength
WHO DOES TIER 1 WORK WITH? Baseball athletes ages 13-18
WHAT DOES TIER 1 LOOK LIKE? Tier 1 is a results-focused baseball performance training program. Athletes train in a group environment with other purpose-driven (dedicated) athletes for one hour/day, 2-4 times per week. Despite the group environment, our athlete-specific programming ensures each athlete has a personalized program. Within each training session, athletes can expect to cover: Movement Prep / Dynamic Warm-Up, Speed & Agility, Plyometrics, Strength Training, Arm Care, and Mobility / Soft Tissue Circuit.
WHEN DO TIER 1 SESSIONS TAKE PLACE? Tier 1 offers quarterly training programs throughout the year (Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall). These programs are 8-14 weeks in length depending on the time of year. As a results driven program, we’ve discovered 8-14 weeks to be the minimum commitment for athletes to put on size, become stronger, and more explosive.
WHERE IS TIER 1 LOCATED? 7407 Washington Ave S, Edina, MN 55439
WHY SHOULD I TRAIN WITH TIER 1? At Tier 1, our mission is to create an empowering environment to challenge baseball athletes to grow. Tier 1 would be a great fit for you if you are interested in growing in any/all of the following areas:
o Body awareness, improving strength, conditioning, and mobility
o Working hard, being consistent, training with purpose, commitment, and being addicted with the process.
o Building self-awareness and self-control
o Understanding who you are, your impact and your importance

Approach/Mindset: Having a clear plan before stepping into the box and being able to silence self-doubt by trusting in yourself.
Mechanics: The ability to make adjustments throughout your career is crucial; identifying your weaknesses and addressing them is key to maximizing performance. I help athletes make these adjustments quickly, ensuring they fully understand the changes being made.
